Barista Session: espresso and latte.
We have recorded a “Barista” training session with Sergi Egea, barista, roaster and expert in Specialty Coffee from Animal Coffee (Barcelona).
Hemos filmado una sesión “Barista” con Sergi Egea, barista, torrefactor y experto en Café de Especialidad, de Animal Coffee (Barcelona).
The smell of coffee floated through the air of the set. We used a Burundi , a very complex honey process coffee with unique notes of vanilla and orange, which required a machine with particularly good thermal stability.
El plató se inundó de un increíble aroma a café. Utilizamos un Burundi ,de proceso honey , muy complejo, con notas a vainilla y a naranja que necesitaba una máquina con muy buena estabilidad térmica.
